About Tantra Yoga
Tantra-Yoga is a very effective method, that supports you to find harmony with your body on a physical and energetical level. The structures in Tantra-Yoga, which are developed from Hatha-Yoga, offer you a way to find strength and balance on a daily level. They are not comparable with gymnastics, they rather serve you to connect with your own resources. Slowly the flexibility of your body will rise, even if you have to start with some stiffness in your body. Beside food, breath and movement are essential for your life energy. The more complex and intensive your range of breath and movements are the more alert and healthy you are. Tantra-Yoga supports you with its specific movement and breath structures to rediscover joyous loving and optimistic feelings.
Beside inidividual structures it includes partner exercises to support the conscious creation of the interplay between two bodies. In meeting the other body you increase your capacity to relate with others. Your ability to love and your sexuality are the strongest resources, you have on the physical level. The exercises of Tantra-Yoga reconnect you with these resources, the source of life that keeps refreshing you up into high age.
The Tantra-Yoga happens every wednesday at 8pm and lasts about 90 minutes. Every 2. and 4. wednesday in a month with comfortable leggings and shirt, all other wednesdays undressed (please bring a lunghi/sarong). It is an open group (beginners and advanced students).
